We do not accept returns of defective products or unopened products after 30 days.
Unfortunately there will be no refunds, unless the product is faulty. You are importing items and paraphernalia of such nature into your country, this is not our responsibility if the package is lost, stolen or seized by your countries customs authorities.

Note: We cannot issue credits on returned merchandise if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met. If an item arrives defective, we exchange the item. Customer pays the return shipping fees for the defective item and we take care of the shipping cost of the replacement item. We do not provide refunds for used items.
